Uh.. Yea it totally depends on what their advertising. If they make us purchase advertising.. It could be a good thing or a bad thing for us.
I mean if we give them money to put our logo all over servers then hell yea.. I mean if they put someone elses logo on my server then wtf HELL NO. It terms of what they advertise and what they keep it to, I mean gaming products, what does that have to do with your server and keeping it full? They should keep it real and not allow advertising of game servers, just because that would be a huge conflict of interest for many companies. I can gaurentee NO ONE cares about an MOTD or advertisement on connection, I don't touch or click any of them. If a server has a website somwhere in the title I may go to it. So this advertising may backfine on Valve. Oh my 5 cents. So there.
