I'm not saying that they can control a storm. What I'm saying is that
if you are building an authentication system used by hundreds of
thousands of people, 24/7/365, in every continent in the world,
wouldn't it be a good idea to have a mirror up somewhere else?

According to the steam forums this is what they did to get Steam up
and running this weekend anyway.

I feel a bit bad as in the UK this storm isn't being reported at all
and I've heard that 4 people have died in it from Google world news,
so I might just duck out of this after this post.
