Easy screen use:

Make a new process:
screen -S hlds_1
./hlds.... blah blah anyhting else you want to run
then on your keyboard do: control+a+d
your screen in now detached.

To get back to a screen just do
screen -r hlds_1


you can name them whatever you want, with hlds_1 or myscreen, anything =)
