i had that with amxmod, I upgraded to the latest 1.76 and it went away.

Hey there, i'm experiencing troubles with my server crashing as soon as someone connects. The error i get is: FATAL ERROR (shutting down): SteamGetEncryptionKeyToSendToNewClient: Returned NULL!
