I was running a rateenforce plugin on our pub server to keep people from rating but we changed hosts and now the plugin won't load correctly.. the new version works but the rates are set too high. If I manually set the server cvars to enforce min/max rates will the clients be forced to obey and run the correct rates or will the clients be able to rate hack?
