Valve said in the forum he has an official update. Here's what he has to say:

"Please DON'T install random binaries, that will just make your lives
harder later. I have a fix almost done and your servers (if run with
"-autoupdate") will automatically pick up the fix and start right up "

Funny we need a fix, seeing as everything was working perfectly 3
hours ago, but I'd advise just waiting for the update.
