i've been struggling all week with this and now i give in and i'm gonna ask for help _ the background story_
a friend of mine has asked me to configure his match server for him. He wants to use roger devils cmp and run the clan base config. yeah it's that simple. _The problems_ At first all seemed fine but it quickly transpired that the plugin wasn't executing the config properly. Now I've read the documentation and hit a brick wall. It seems that i have to split the CB config up in to 2 different parts and then configure the plugin settings for the the config. Now doing this presents me with a problem. The documentation is not great and doesn't explain which bits go where and what configs are needed and which aren't. He wants a knife round and if i configure that the plugin hangs while trying to load the file. If i remove it it goes through to start the match phase but only restarts the round once (it's set to do it 3 times) and then it ignores the round time setting and starting cash settings. I have no idea why. Is this all related to cl_restrict_server_commands? if so how do i get round it? if not, does anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong or what i have missed.
