Not meaning to mock, have you named your motd file motd.txt or modt.txt?
The latter is wrong, it should be motd.txt

Hello guy's,
we have a problem with our 3 serveur, after the last update to CSS,
our modt.txt don't works fine. When a player come to the serveur i
dont see the result but they look at the code of the file modt.txt .
If i rename the file modt.txt to modt.html i open it and the result
is goog. If you have any idea i'm ok !
