I'm running CentOS 5 with 2.6.22 (dynamic tick/tickless, HPET non-SMP) on an Athlon 64 4000+ (32bit OS). I'm running the beta (version: 1.0.0.34/7 3181 secure) and I get the mid-round hitches (I just switched from Win to Lin this weekend). I've tried with the net queued thread to 0 and the command line switch to disable it, still occurs.
