None of the 32bit Athlon CPUs do. Might want to check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSE2#CPUs_supporting_SSE2 if you're not sure. Whilst I haven't seen an answer from Valve on this, but the 'survey' so far does seem to indicate that SSE2 is required.
