I put the original comparison of top vs. rcon stats in the OP. But
to summarize, rcon stats with 6 bots = 99 constant, top would be
around 30-50 depending on what was going on. Empty, top reports
almost no usage, rcon stats reports about 27%.
What timecounter are you using?
"grep timer /proc/interrupts" or "dmesg|egrep time.c"
