We have a issue too.

Our server can't even be connected to. It shows online, but clients stall
when trying to connect. Server doesnt even display a client was connected.

OS: Linux Debian
Hardware: AMD X2 4200+, Tyan Tomcat mobo, 4GB RAM

I just updated and have the same problem.  My server crashes on a player
joining. Restarts itself over and over.

Error:

I'm getting a seg fault now after the last TF2 update. Whenever someone
tries to connect, it shows this:

I'm running CentOS 4.2 on a P4 3.0, I haven't changed anything since
updating, and everything ran perfectly fine until now.
