Hello, we run our servers with mp_allowspectators set to 0, inactive players will not be switched to spectator mode. In the team menu, you cannot select spectator team. But it is possible to join the specator, I suppose with some client command like jointeam. But I don't know exactly. It would be nice to fix this problem.
