Hmm sudden death/stalemate is fairly different now too.  It appears that
if a time limit is set (mp_timelimit) and mp_stalemate_enable is enabled
on a map, when time limit is hit, it just calls stalemate and goes on to
the next map.

There doesn't seem to be a way to get an actual sudden death (people
fight to the death) but maybe I just have to futz around with the cvars
and see if beetlemod isn't getting in the way somehow.  But definitely a
change since the update.
