Hahaha lol boner waits.

It is the extremely (= annoyingly) common Bad Bone Weights error. It's
either due to an error in Valve's hand-written assembly code (unlikely)
or a bug in the compiler (more likely). The problem goes away for sure
when you use an SSE2 processor.

A slightly less costly remedy: Valve have recently (three days ago, if
I'm counting correctly) released a test server version built with a new
compiler version on a new machine with changes to the build process.
Fetch it from here:

ftp.valvesoftware.com
user: hlserver
pass: hlserver

Extract source_engine_3_6_08.tar.gz into the "orangebox" folder. Run the
dedicated server from there. There have been reports that it fixes this
issue.

Hey out there.

I have just installed TF2, but when I try to start it I get fails like this:

<megasnip>
Bad data found in model "dispenser_toolbox.dmx" (bad bone weights)
<ultrasnip>

Way ?
I don't have any plugins installed, just a clean install of TF2

Thanx for helping :D
