I myself live in the US but I once needed a European server for a game. I used Trinity: http://newsite.trinitygames.com/games/ They also had US Dollar Prices for EU servers... Didn't have to convert Dollars to Euros so I didn't lose any money over it. Should also be beneficial in your case.
