I thought it did -- I remember listing mine as 32 slot (before using the BM sv tags thing) and it of course delisted me from the regular "vanilla" servers. I've got it going again but I've got a feeling it won't be long before I'm either delisted or Valve makes a change that forces all servers greater than 24 slot to be under custom... who knows.
