Try to run the plugins as instructed in the README file. You can read it
at http://css.setti.info/code/munin-srcds/munin_srcds_plugin/README .

First set up /etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node configuration stuff like:

  [srcds_fps_127.0.0.1_27015]
  env.srcdspass password1

Then try to run the script like:

  munin-run srcds_fps_127.0.0.1_27015

That makes munin to run only the srcds_fps_ plugin and get the stats from
the server. If that doesn't work, then there's something wrong. If it
works, then you're quite close having it working.

You can also try to run the plugin/script completely without munin. The
following clip is from the README file:

In a case that munin-run fails or there's error, it's possible to test the
plugins without munin too. First set envinronment variable srcdspass
according to your server. In Linux you can write to command line:

  export srcdspass=password
  /etc/munin/plugins/srcds_fps_127.0.0.1_27015

This should work in any case. If it doesn't, then there's bug somewhere.

I'm running Munin version 1.2.5, so hopefully the bug isn't caused by the
version difference.

Let me know of your progress.

PS. Verify that you have the plugins linked to /etc/munin/plugins/ like
srcds_fps_1.2.3.4_27015 (note there's underscore "_" separating IP and
port).
