As far as I know, TF2, DOD:S, and CS:S are all part of the Half Life 2 
engine. TF2 and DOD:S are on a newer version of this engine, but it's 
still the same "base" engine.

As far as the problem, make sure when you're running CS:S that you're 
running the srcds_run out of the main install directory and NOT the 
orangebox directory. The orangebox directory is reserved for your TF2 
and DOD:S needs. Though when CS:S updates to the new engine you'll need 
to flop that.
