Ah, the fps_max is a good option,  I'll play around with that and maybe 
lower the fps for my hlds server a bit, as the cpu load seems to be a 
bit higher on that.  Thanks for the tip.

So question number two is, does this mean my kernel is actually running 
at around 200hz, or is that more of a gettimeofday issue?
