Temporary bans are not saved into banned.cfg file. Use 0 as minutes and you'll
see that banid/writeid commands work ok:
banid 0 STEAM_0:1:2345678
writeid
listid
Regarding amx_ban and amx_addban commands, they are now buggy because they use
quotes around steam id when they tell to server to execute the banid command.
You need to edit the SMA file and remove the quotes or you have to wait for a
fix from AmxModX team. You can test this "bug" easily:
banid 0 "STEAM_0:1:2345678"
writeid
listid
You'll see that the server banned STEAM_ID_PENDING (or VALVE_ID_PENDING?).
Without quotes the command works ok.
