While you guys are referring to the valve master server, i'm runing a tool that queries it for counting players for a specific mod. During the night from 24th to 25th it stopped working, i tracked down the problem to the valve master server not working anymore so i switched to a apparently backup master server. This master server seems to have problems currently, might be related to your issues.
