Forgive me if this has been discussed, however I searched the list and also google, to no avail.
How does one remote control their server when not connected? I can't seem to find a working/similar to kkrcon application, nor does the rcon_address client variable seem to work from inside l4d. Basically I can only really control the server when actually playing on the server. Im not really interested in hlsw either. I saw a bit about the new rcon interface, but have not seen any info on a client or script?
