Hello there, There's some commands in the OB engine that can cause a server to crash/drop players if entered a few times or just simply spammed. They are: rr_reloadresponsesystems sv_soundemitter_flush sv_soundemitter_filecheck
Garry's Mod already has one of them patched as of 2009-01-12 but of course the others aren't. http://bugs.garrysmod.com/view.php?id=1640 To protect yourself from anyone exploiting them on your servers you just need to add the cheat flag to the above commands. You can achieve that using the below plugins.
