I'd open the ports to be on the safe side. The Lobby uses Matchmaking,
which is what throws players into your server, so I'd imagine that in some
way, shape or form, the ports would need to be open. Plus, the ports would
still probably need to be forwarded properly so that the router knows which
PC is the server and where to direct those requests.
Also, for sv_search_key, I had trouble when I used capital letters, so try
to keep it lowercase only.
sv_search_key lanserver <--good
sv_search_key LANServer<--maybe not good
I can't remember if using quotes gave me trouble, either, but I don't use
quotes in mine, so I know it's safe that way.
