Very strange because i have the same lag in CS:S, At some parts of the 
map/round end/finish my game freeze like 5 seconds then i appear when 
all players went to attack lol

I tried default and differents rate settings but nothing, thats because 
i don't play CSS, TF2 works well, sometimes 1 to 3 seconds but is much 
short than CSS

If someone got a fix please write it, i'll be very happy :D
