Now that we have opened the can of worms, maybe someone can explain my
weird top output. I have an Intel C2D E7200 equipped machine, which
runs a TF2 server and a L4D server, L4D on the first core and TF2 on
the other. Here is my top output:

Both servers are empty. The TF2 server has a CPU load of 46%. However,
it is bound to Cpu1, which reads 95% idle. This doesn't add up in my
head. This hasn't been like this from the beginning, but came about
half a year ago. It doesn't seem to affect gameplay.

Does anyone have a good explanation? How can a process use 46% while
the cpu is 95% idle?
