Running sourcemod here too (used mainly for distributed admin support), allmost all our public servers where busy.. now its been empty for the last 2 days.. nobody..
the addmaster thingy doens't help, but ofcourse that is because of the whitelisting then. we need someone from valve to tell us what has happened.
