It has been on CS Source too. Usually its related to certain player only 
and he can get rid of it by removing ClientRegistry.blob and restarting 
Steam after that. The most funny thing is that when it happens, you can 
access to most servers but not all. Its just few of the game servers 
where SteamUserID ticket cannot be verified. I dont think Steam asks our 
servers to disconnect them on our servers and not on other servers. It 
has not happened for a while but its definitely still there - if it 
should occur.
