As I see now, the HLTV can get every possible SteamID, we got:

STEAM_0:0:0
STEAM_0:1:0
STEAM_0:1:1
STEAM_0:1:2
STEAM_0:0:3
STEAM_0:1:3
STEAM_0:0:4
STEAM_0:1:4

and so on. It seems something increases on every connect.
