I asked about this a while back, and as far as I know there is still no way to make the net console only listen on one interface or IP:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg49163.html You can use the +ip option in your command line to make SRCDS listen on a specific IP, but the netcon ports will still listen on 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces).
