since a few weeks i get regular segfaults on my l4d servers when i try to connect to them using a lobby. it also sometimes happens while being ingame when the map changes. this really annoying and the servers are just not usable like that. i've enabled the debug mode, but all i get in the debug.log is pretty much: ---------------------------------------------- CRASH: Thu Mar 26 11:48:09 CET 2009 Start Line: ./srcds_i486 -debug -console -game left4dead +maxplayers 4 -port 27055 +ip 91.143.80.48 +map l4d_vs_farm01_hilltop -autoupdate -nohltv +sv_lan 0 -fork +map l4d_hospital01_apartment End of Source crash report ----------------------------------------------
