Hi all, since few days people sporadically get banned by IP and we can't find out why. They get this message:
(Disconnect: Added to banned list.) Banned by server. With a new IP they can re-connect. There is NOTHING about this in the logs (neither in plugin logs nor in general server log). Also, we didn't change anything at the server (CS:S, Deb. Etch), it simply appeared without any reason. Does anyone have an idea what's going on or is there a new exploit causing this?
