You don't need to set it if you want to use all gamemodes, as this is
the default value. I put it in the server cfg so I could easily change
it in the future.
It still gets added to the tags though.

I do not run sourcemod, I run a vanilla server with only a few custom
maps. By default it loads a standard map though.
