For what it's worth to everyone else, I've had a lot of luck getting all 5 of my servers to share the admin INI file (delete adminname, adminpassword and change the AccessControlClass to XAdmin.AccessControlIni), and now I can have groups of admins and all sorts of stuff that is the same across all the servers...
