ClientRegistry.blob in a server installation?

Can't find it, but i can find InstallRecord.blob

Deleting this did not help. But as i said in last post, i can't even do a
fresh install.

I had the same issue yesterday on all my installation.

Deleting the ClientRegistry.blob solved it for me. It should be in
<homepath>/.steam
