No, they havent out this plugin there themselve! This plugin is 100% placed from outside and also NOT through FTP! It´s open if there´s a exploid wich only appears on NS server, or if there´s a "valid" exploid wich didn´t got used yet for hacking legit servers. Anyway, here´s a selfish nonsteam hater who does this hack on those NS servers.
