Are you running any plugins such as sourcemod/metamod/manimod on your
server? Try disabling them and see if the issue persists.
Also, Ctrl+C prints that, because ctrl+c is a traditional unix shortcut to
interrupt the process (I have a feeling you're aware of that, but the fact
that you mentioned it made me not so sure).
