Thank you Valve :) Christopher, nobody will help you if the only thing you say is "Segmentation Fault". Start the servers with "-debug" command line parameter, make sure you have gdb installed, make sure that the user used to execute the server (I hope is not root :p) have a decent limit for core dumps (use before starting the "ulimit -c 524288" if you're using bash) and post here some stack traces.
