Exactly every 5 mins, there is a small lag spike in which tickrate drops and things go backwards for less than a second. This is *VERY* annoying especially in CS Source servers. Can be easily spotted with tick100 server. I just went it and witnessed it 17:02, 17:07, 17:12, 17:17 and 17:22. Clearly this is something that Valve needs to look into.
