Just a few minutes ago, my server suddenly stopped responding HLSW. I restarted it, and it came back, and seemed to be working just fine. It then started to timeout again. I checked the steam serverbrowser, and it wasn't there either.
So I restarted it again. This time, I connected while I could still see it in HLSW, and I got in just fine. HLSW them proceeded to say it was timing out, and it would not show up in the server browser. The strange thing was, I could still issue commands to it through HLSW, and it would reply just fine. What's going on? What should I do to fix it?
