Only specific memory sections are checked for "WriteProcessMemory" modifications. And i am sure section where is r_drawohtermodels isnt checked. Its repoted to Valve , so we have to wait, actualy you can try install that Kigens AntiCheat for sourcemod.. but it will not detect all memory cheats..idk why.
