Hi, Can can also download the files on your local host (use VirtualBox to have linux if needed) and upload all the files at same place on your server AND, in filezilla (or other) check when asked : overwrite only if size differ from remote (or same).
So only updated files will be uploaded. Be careful with your server.cfg, motd.txt etc...
