In the addition: As i see, it cannot bind to the external IP, as the server is behind the NAT and firewall. I turned +IP off and server sturted, but, of cource, it cannot be seen outside.
So before the update -IP 192.168.1.2 +IP 78.107.254.109 worked just fine.
