Looks like this new update brought with it the inability to enable cheats on your own servers that you pay for and manage.
What the heck does "Please start your own listen server" mean? It's my server! I pay for it! In addition, I tried hosting a local server off of my own computer with friends connected and was still unable to turn sv_cheats on.
