With the update before that, i had that after a map change. Then give it a
few seconds and it would just hang and the process would consume 100% cpu.

I too am getting these random crashes in my TF2 server, server just randomly
crashes and automatically reboots.  I'm running everything straight up with
no mods installed, this just started happening since the last update.  And
it maybe happens once an hour or so...anybody got any ideas?

I presume you mean plugins, sourcemod in general works.
