Adminmod is no longer being developed, and hasn't been for some time. I would suggest that you switch to AMX Mod X with the latest Metamod-P. You can get all of the same functionality and more.
I used Adminmod up to a year ago on one of my servers, but it seems to be I was having serious stability issues, and some things were not working properly, with no chance of them being fixed, so I switched to AMX Mod X entirely and now run it on all my HL1 setups. You won't be sorry you did. AMX Mod X is mature, stable, efficiently coded, and well supported.
