Are you sure you have removed ALL master servers? It does work for me, just tried it and the 'no challenge' is gone... You could also try to add different master servers after you have removed them all. Here is a list: 69.28.140.247:27011 69.28.151.162:27011 68.142.72.250:27011 72.165.61.189:27011 69.28.140.246:27011
