I'm experiencing a really strange problem on one of my servers. I've removed all addons such as metamod and sourcemod but that didn't solve the problem. No player has a weapon equipped and is in civilian pose and they can't taunt. What the hell is wrong? No errors on spawn, no (unusual) errors on startup.
