my own way with the old method.

First, I've downloaded

and then tthis 
http://www.sourcemod.net/smdrop/1.4/sourcemod-1.4.0-hg2957.tar.gz 
<http://www.sourcemod.net/smdrop/1.4/sourcemod-1.4.0-hg2957.tar.gz>

But now, thanks to You I aim going to use the most proper way to do this 
in order to avoid further problems after the next update, like 
overwriting the gameinfo.txt after each update.
